We accept electronic referrals via Parachute Health. If you’re a doctors office, facility, or health system that already uses Parachute, just search for MedCare when placing an order!

We pride ourselves on making our services accessible to every patient. So on top of our dedicated Sleepworks facilities (in blue below) we’ve been hard at work setting up Community Clinics (by appointment only) within many of the local health systems you may already visit. (in brown below).
If you’re interested in having your clinic appointment at one of our Community Clinics, please let our Scheduling Team know when you speak with them about your appointment.
Notice on Equipment Returns
If you would like to drop off equipment yourself, we only accept drop-offs at our Export Sleepworks Clinic (1400 Randall Ct, Export, PA, 15632. We cannot accept drop-off’s at our Community Clinics. If you would like your equipment picked up either via parcel service or one of our technicians, please call us at our number listed above to have a pickup scheduled.
